Live Your Life Like You’re Hiking It
I love to hike in nature, and although I don’t get out of the city as often as I would like, I try to make up for it by taking walks and spending as much time outdoors as possible. During a recent hike – while vacationing in the Texas Hill Country and Big Bend – I mused on how hiking can be thought of as a metaphor for how to live your best life.

Starting a Meditation Practice
Anytime is a good time to start a meditation practice, but now seems to be a better time than ever. With all the challenges and tumult that are happening in our lives and all around the world right now, developing a practice that taps into the oneness that we all share – in both good times and bad – will help us all survive and thrive as we navigate through this global crisis.
